Hello Anusha and welcome to HCM.

Your report regarding pregnancy has two meanings as of now.
1. You have conceived late than what is suggested by your dates. meaning that the pregnancy is smaller than 6 weeks 3 days due to delayed ovulation. Hence the yolk sac is not seen.
2. It is a missed abortion meaning the baby is not alive and hence no yolk sac.
A follow up USG after 2 weeks will clarify things.

About the myomas these are non cancerous tumors of the uterus commonly called fibroids. They are common and may grow in pregnancy and regress after delivery. Sometimes they may cause preterm labor or bleeding. As of now, they cannot be treated during pregnancy.

So wait for 2 weeks and get a repeat ultrasound done. Its report will help in deciding about the pregnancy.
I understand your situation. Do not worry. These are not uncommon. A good gynecologist will help you and I am always here.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Thanks for using HCM.
