Hi Doctor Namastee !!!!! I am vicious circles of lichen planus pigmentous over face and neck before one year. I have tired to treat it but still not improved

LICHEN PLANUS.....It is voilaceos topped lesions..,having..,
intense itch.....some types have less itch....
The following treatment will give good result.,
1) Morning times ...Sunscreen lotion..,
2) Betamethasone and Slicylic acid cream night times ...daily.,
3) Moisturizing soap...frequent wash..,
4) Tab.Betamethasone 0.5 mg 2 tab per week for 2 months..,
5) Intralesional therapy.....Triamcinolone on affected part will give...,
very good reasult..,,ok...good luck

its difficult to get rid of it quickly
but once it controlled ,it will under control
avoid direct sunlight
use sunscreen
mometasone once a day for 1 month is usefull.
inn severe resistant case oral steroid give best result.
