Can Arthritis Cause Nausea And Fever Chills?

I have nausea no pain no vomiteing that comes and goes .grumbling in my stomach .fever chills that comes and goes ever since ihurt my back again a week ago .i have arthrites in my spine found out a few years ago pain in my upper left of back been back and forth too physio the last 4 years heard a pop in my left upper side around the shoulder blade worst pain ive had yet gets worse and worse as the day goes at work unbearable could that be why im getting these nausea symptoms off and on or what can it be awful feeling

some type of arthritis, like still's disease, have fever also. but nausea usually at per say is not directly related to arthritis. See your rheumatologist
