Can Back Braces Resolve The Symptoms Of Back Pain?

Will a back brace assist with my back pain. I have had lower 4 discs fused and bone graft about three years ago and am now finding standing,sitting,walking for more than about 2hours brings on lower back pain, relieved when I rest but this is not always convenient

Back brace will reduce further movement and can aggravate pain when you try to bend forward. So avoid it. Go for Physiotherapy to strengthen the back muscles.
