Can Back Exercises Be Done Post Rectum Removal Surgery?
Hi, I had my rectum removed because of cancer almost three weeks ago. I kno I have a teen pound lifting retrictions but was wondering about playing pool or throwing darts or doing my back exercises and I cannot find any thing written about after surgery restrictions

Please note that 3 weeks is a small period for recovery. Wait for at least 3 weeks more for any exertion. Simple walking is no problem.
