Can Back Pain, Sore Nipples, Nausea And Loss Of Appetite Be Signs Of Pregnancy?

I have been on depo provera for over 6 years and i received one in june and then not again until oct, which I know is really far apart. Towards the end of December I have started feeling different. Back ache, nipples really sore, nauseated/dry heaving, tired, no appetite. Could this be a sign of pregnancy even though the home test came back negative?

Hi, I have gone through your question. Not taking depo provera injection for more than 3 months looses the contraceptive action. The chances of getting pregnant increases if no other contraceptive method is used. Sore nipples, low appetite, nausea are possible symptoms of pregnancy. Sometimes, the conception is delayed, especially after stopping depo provera injection, and the urine pregnancy tests comes positive a little late.
I wouwould suggest you to repeat urine pregnancy test after 1 week and to get a ultrasound done after 2 weeks.
