i do not have an std, and i do not have a urine infection but i seem to frequently urinate, extra fluid with sperm during sex, pains in the lower stomache sometimes, small white spots around ring of penis, my urine smells different than usual, dripping after urinating, shaking sometimes and sudden twitches, a burning sensation weeing after sex. anal fisure. mucus. doctors done a test with micro scope and fount bacteria tho
