Can Bee Sting Cause Muscle Soreness?

I got a bee sting in my upper leg on monday night. It had a 5-6 swollen area, i went to the doctor who gave me benedryl, antibiotic , steroid cream. Thursday morning i woke with very slight swollen/tingly lips, and sore neck. Are sore muscles part of bee sting side effect?

Bee sting can cause allergic reaction which causes swollen lips with itching. The area of bee sting will develop an inflammatory swelling which may cause restriction of movement due to tenderness.
