Hello,

You are on birth control pills and are having difficulty in getting orgasms. Getting orgasm is complex and involves various factors like physical factors, emotional and mental needs. Ability to get orgasm vary from individual to individual. Oral contraceptive pills do affect the sex drive, lubrication and the ability to orgasm. However, sexual urges, responses, and emotions for all people are strongly correlated with the levels of hormones in the body, some may experience orgasms others side effects.

A research study reveals that those taking OCs reported less arousal, decreased lubrication, and fewer orgasms. Orgasm is an enjoyable experience but it doesn’t need to be the sole focus of sex. You can explore yourself and your partner and kickstart your climax. You can enjoy the body's sexuality in other ways also, you can take the help of a counsellor. With practice, experimentation, and the help of health care professionals you can do well.

Treatment given is commonly cognitive behavioral techniques (methods to relax and reduce anxiety). It also involves use of stimulating creams and medications (more on that in a bit). Get clinically examined and take counselling from a health care provider. You will be recommended whatever is best for you.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
