Can Blood Pressure Medications Cause Dizziness?

I am 62 went to get blood pressure medicine the Dr. change it from lisinopril to lisinopril with a diurertic and since I start taking it I have been real dizzy off balance and having body and left eye twitches. My Body burns at night and I can hardly sleep. I stop taking the pressure med and a little better

This is pretty common. While it could be a coincedence and an ear infectino or other disorder could be there independent of the medication, it is more likley due to actions of the medicines:
low blood pressure can make one dizzy. It is like one is about to black out. There are often visual changes.
But that isn't what you have.
Changes in the minerals that control the operation of muscles and nerves occurs when one takes diuretics (you pee out the salts). this is easily addressed with simple blood tests for the minerals.
