sir i went for sex before one week back with a prostitute, and my skin which touches my pennis downwards was cutted and small boils occured on my inner skin. so iwas thinking that the prosistute is having hiv & on that day my condom was tored for 10 min on during sex.....iwas totally depressed ..from 5 days
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. What lesions you could be having may just an infection of skin on the penis. However, since you have history of having intercourse with sex worker, it could be sexually transmitted infection. Hence you can take the following general measures in the meantime. 1. Wash the area with warm water using mild antiseptic like Savlon twice daily. 2. Apply Neomycin skin cream on the lesion after drying. 3. Take antiinflammatory medication Ibuprofen after food. You need to get tested for HIV status and VDRL tests and consult Skin and STD specialist with reports for appropriate evaluation and treatment. Hope the information provided would be helpful.
