Noted your history of fluctuating blood pressure, low sugar, having dizziness and blurred vision. The organs of vison, hearing are very sensitive to fluctuations in blood pressure, brain is very sensitive to low oxygen and sugar. Hence whenever the blood pressure is too much raised or too much low then the problem of blurred vision, dizziness, semiconsciousness and so on known to occur. This can be an emergency hence one should rush to nearest Hospital or Er for proper clinical evaluation, examination and have proper investigations. First of all, proper management of the condition to save any permanent changes that can last longer or lifetime. Once diagnosed get a proper treatment in followup till the blood pressure, blood sugar are stabilized. Have regular follow up. Avoid dehydration, stress and anxiety and any other root causes.
