Can Brain Concussion Occur After A Punch In Cheeks?
Hello I got punched in the cheek by accident and there is no bruising just tender to the touch. Is there any possible way I could have a concussion or brain contusion? My wife is worried and wants me to go to er to be checked to be safe but I see no reason or point in doin so?

If this was the face injury and painful then this need to be investigated and best test would be CT brain, one can not take any risk for this and better to get done this test, this is the only option you have, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
