Can Brain Eating Amoeba Be Contracted Through Use Of Tap Water?

I recently used Netipot for my sinus problem. Afterwards I had done some reading online about a brain eating amoeba that can be contracted through use with tap water. Coincidently I had used tap water I live in Colorado and I just was wonde what my chances were of getting this?

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the case and not need to think more about this and if it is ever suspected then you will have to go through some, tests which may be more complicated and sophisticated and costlier too hope this information helps.
