Hi,I am Neethu Vipin (Dietitian & Nutritionist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I'm 13 and will be 14 on March 29! It started at the beginning of this year it's been hard for me to breathe every day and I usually have a lot of energy cause I'm a dancer but seen then I have barely any energy it has zapped what could be the problem?
In your post, you have not mentioned about any past or family history of Diabetes, Hypertension, Asthma or any other recent illness. Under such circumstances, the symptoms as mentioned in your post are most commonly attributed to:
1. Cardiovascular pathology- Investigations like ECG, Echo & TMT (Treadmill test)/ Exercise stress test can be done to rule out Poor exercise effort tolerance.
2. Respiratory pathology- Investigations like X ray & PFT can be done to rule out any basic Respiratory pathology.
3. Anemia- seems to be the probable cause. This can be detected with the help of a complete blood count & a peripheral blood smear study. So, get a fresh investigation done.
Wishing you a good health. Take care.
