General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

May be an early pregnancy. The pre-coital secretions (before actual ejaculation) from the male contain sufficient number of active sperms to cause fertilization of the egg and thus pregnancy. Based on the history given there may be a possibility of an early pregnancy which should be ruled out by urine pregnancy test at least 10 days after your missed period.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
