Do make sure that you avoid consuming it when it is cold (from refrigeration) and sour.
Hi,
welcome to you on this forum. you should avoid curd during cold and fever but can use butter milk restrcted to day only. Both posses cold taseer(natur),which may aggrevate cld and fever.you can use warm water and milk.
