Can Calomine Help In Treating Random Bumps All Over The Body Of A 5 Yr Old?

hello my 5 year old had gotten random bumps all over him on saturday night, he took a bath and they went away.Well now it happened again, not as bad. they are not ichy he gets them on his face chest sides and butt. Nothing has changed in his diet any suggestions and would and store bought lotions help like calomine

Many viral infections and some bacterial infections like impetigo can present as bumps on different parts of body. Physical examination is mandatory to assess this since there are variety of other causes that needs to be ruled out. Meantime, do not allow the kid to scratch vigorously so that secondary infection can be avoided.
