Can Cancer Treatment Lead To Foul Odor From A Woman?

My girlfriend and I has sex for the first time this past weekend.

We are both 50.

It was slow, gentle and satisying for each, however

I was only able to penetrate her about 2 inches and her odor was more foul than even

normal strong odor for a woman. She had had intercouse 4 or 5 times in the last 2 years.

She is a recent cervical cancer patient having had surgery, radiation and chemo.

Her last treatment or dr appointment was about 10 months ago.

The cancer led to depression and loss of employment and now she is avoiding good

follow up due to costs.

What would cause the shallow penetration?

Could the foul odor be from dead tissue from new cancer?

Thanks for writing..
Foul smelling vaginal discharge is a common symptom of cervical cancer but it should have resolved after the cancer is treated.. i would advise to get a check up at the earliest to see for recurrent of cancer in the vaginal vault.. Early intervention is very important to prevent furthur spread.. Once she is completely treated there wont be any problem for sex.. hope I have answered your query.. Good day..
