Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain YES it is right that the pain is due to erupting wisdom tooth but it is not exactly the wisdom tooth that is causing pain but it is the gum flap over the wisdom tooth that gets inflamed and causes pain as well as
swollen lymph nodes under the jaw or the side of the neck.
The condition is known as
PERICORONITIS and the inflammation occurs due to infection as a result of food lodgement between the gum flap and the tooth..
As the condition is recurring you should consult an oral physician and get evaluated and get an IOPAR [x ray] done to rule out whether the wisdom tooth is impacted [ tooth that will not erupt completely] or will erupt completely..
In case if the tooth is not impacted then surgical removal of the gum flap known as OPERCULECTOMY done which can provide permanent relief.
In case if the tooth is impacted extraction of tooth can be done..
As of now to reduce pain and infection you can take antibiotic like
Augmentin 625 mg thrice a day,
Ibuprofen 400 mg thrice a day for 5 days..
Gargle with warm saline do ice packs over the swollen lymph nodes..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards..
