can you tell which organism is causing cellulitus just by looking...my daughter has cellulitus and is has just started taking flucoxacillin. However, when she was younger she had a cough and H. Influenzae was detected in a sputum sample but she didn't have antibiotics as the cough cleared, so I wonder if her cellulitus infection is most likely caused by staph or H. Influenzae
