Can Certain Foods Cause Sinusitis?
I think I have food allergies that affect my sinuses. When I eat raisins, milk products and food high in sugar my sinuses get blocked. Is it possible for these symptoms to be related to these foods. Besides staying away from these substances, anything to counteract it? I am in good health. I am 40 yrs old. Sinuses have been such a problem.

Certain food had allergies specific to any person. This causes allergic reaction to the sinus mucosa.
This may cause laryngopharyngeal reflux which causes reflux of acid from stomach to Posterior part of nose. These all causes allergic reactions.
So, it is true that certain food cause allergic reaction to sinus mucosa.
