Can Cervical Injury Cause Frequent Migraines, Swollen Neck Glands And Painful Muscles?

I have had increasing migraine headaches in past month, swollen neck glands, pain from back of neck to jaw low fever.pain is getting worse.Arm both muscle aches.pain in ribs,had lumbar surgery in 2013 and cervical injury last february.but havebeen feeling worse each day.wondering if pain is nore than created by cervical injury??? 61 year old mle.........
