I have noted your mother's symptoms.
Cervical spondylosis is not the cause of your mother's new symptoms of headache and vomiting. Cervical spondylosis commonly causes
neck pain and arm pain, and restricted neck movements.
Her headache and vomiting are most probably related to migraine.
There are good medications to treat migraine. For relief of headache, she can take
rizatriptan or
sumatriptan tablets.
Flunarizine can be given to prevent recurrence of headaches.
