Can Change In Diet Cure Pain In Elbow, Knees And Wrist Joints?
I have recently been suffering from joint pains especially in my elbows, but also knees and wrists. I am a healthy person normally and not over weight. I am wondering what can be causing this, I have been going through the menopause, symptoms of which are now few a far between could this have some bearing. I was also considering if certain foods would ease these pains
Hi.Can understand your concern. As per your query it seems that you are having early symptoms of arthritis. You need to reduce the intake of protein rich diet as it may aggravate the symptoms.Food like red meat, gram flour, should be avoided. Take much of green leafy vegetables, include salads and fruits in your diet AS joints are inflammed in arthritis you can take NSAIDS like ibuprofen to get pain relief ... Inserting the fingers and toes in warm water with some salt and moving the joints slowly will help you a lot....physiotherapy is needed to control the condition from further progressing.....Proper weight management is also needed as these conditions progresses very faster in sedentary lifestyle. Further progress of disease can be controlled by these changes....I hope this information helps you. Takecare.
