Can Change In Medication Cause Red Spots On Arms?

I recently changed medication and supplements and now have red spots on my arms. What could be causing this? I have stopped taking prem phase (hrt) replaced with otc estroven. Added osteo bi flex, prenatal vitamin, selenium. I also take bupropion and diclofen.

Well come to HCM
This could be due to some hypersensitive reaction in my opinion stop all the medicines for time being till the red spots diminished, if this is not then you can try "Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day" hope this information helps, take care.
