Hello,

Pain on the left side of the chest after playing badminton is commonly musculoskeletal pain. Commonly stiffness at the shoulder joint is the complain. You can take acetaminophen (Tylenol) or NSAIDS for relieve from pain and discomfort. Therapeutic massage and physical therapy are also effective. Stretching and other exercises under a physical therapist may be helpful. Wear a brace and take breaks as often as you can. Make slight changes in the hand & arm movements for relief.

Use your shoulder and upper arm muscles to take the strain off your elbow. Just relax avoid playing continuously. However, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get X-Ray, CT, MRI done to detect any muscle, tendon, ligament tear or strain or any fracture. Get a routine cardiac test done along with Lipid function tests & imaging tests to detect any developing CAD.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
