My total cholesterol is 238, triglyceride 241, HDL - 39, LDL -150, VLDL 48.2 non-HDL 199.
I know my cholesterol is at higher side.
My weight is 97 KG. I started regular brisk walk for around 2.5 km in morning and evening daily from couple of months back, also started controlling my diet, by including more fruits and reducing carbs.
My question is can cholesterol come in good reference range by changing life style by including workout/walking, diet control etc without taking medicines?
If medicines has to taken will these be for life long? or we can get rid of these once cholesterol become under control and life style is changes to good side as mentioned above?
