Can Circumcision Be Performed When The B=Hg Level In Blood Is 9.3?

my 14 months boy baby, when he is urine he is pennis get like paloon, i went to the doctor, he said need to do the Circumcision. then we done blood checkup but his hemoglobin is 9.3. can i do the Circumcision now or can i wait for some more months. please guide me

I can understand your concerns.
Circumcision is a minor surgery with minimal blood loss. In my opinion there is no problem for performing the surgery for him with this level of haemoglobin. Waiting for the surgery may cause repeated infection or UTI in him as he has difficulty in passing urine.
You should start iron supplementation for him to correct his haemoglobin levels.
