Can Citalopram & Tramadol Together Cause Adverse Reactions?

Good Evening,This morning I took my anti-depressant citalopram and this evening I took tramadol. AFTER taking tramadol I remembered to check the drug interaction. The combination of the two can cause a major reaction. I have been taking tramadol since 2:00pm for back pain. I haven t noticed any of the warning signs, but I was wondering if I should go to the emergency room anyway. What do you think?
