Can Colonoscopy Be Performed While Having Severe Leg And Back Pain?

About an hour or two while walking around Walgreen picking up supplies my left back started hurting pretty bad and it made it hard to walk. It is still the same degree of pain. My question is I will be having a colonoscopy on Thur morning. I start my prep tomorrow at 12:00. Don t know if I should cancel the colonscopy? My e-mail is out of order right now and haven t been able to call in.
