Can Coming Off From Smoking Cause Peeling Off Skin And Rashes?

hey after smoking Cannabis and ciggarettes for about a year i quit cold turkey, soon after the palms of my hands and feet began to sweat all the time, this was then followed by a rash on my palms which was itchy. a few days later the skin began to peel from my fingertips and the peeling progressed all over my palm. After the skin has peeled off the is some white waxing substance on the new layer of skin.

also when i quit i immediately moved locations, i was wondering if the rash is directly related to quiting smoking?

Too much sweating can irritate skin just like if you washed dishes for a living.
Also, the sweat likely has some of the chemicals from the drugs in it and they are likely concentrated into the skin/sweat and can have reactions due to that.
