When I walk and try to go faster or uphill I go dizzy and legs can t physically do it but the strength is okay now after physio. Can concussion/previous spinal cord compression have affected heart function?

General & Family Physician, Dr. Rozi Khan's Response
Less likely. Because high blood pressure is the result of high heart functon plus increase vessels resistance. so other factors like age, male sex, high sugure, high cholestrol, smoking, high salt diet contribute mainly in high BP. thank you
