Hi Of course allergic rhinitis and adenoids can simultaneously cause problems. My suggestions to you are 1. avoid giving soft toys to her like teddy bear which has fur and it is most allergic. 2. avoid pet animals especially cats and birds 3. clean and mop the floor daily ... dust In home can stimulate further allergy. 4. Make sure your fan and air conditioner are clean. 5. Give anti allergic medications atleast 3 months continuously whether if she free of symptoms also... So that only you will get a permanent cure... Hope its helpful. Thank you.
