Can Constipation Lead To Headaches?
My daughter strained to have BM last night and says she felt something that hurt and scared her between left eyebrow and nose. On and off today she has complained of headache across the eyebrow region, now it is steady and she cannot sleep due to the pain. No neurological deficits, but the pain has increased and she says it is 6 or 7 out of 10. No nausea, should we go to ER? She is 13.

If you're constipated and aren't eating right, low blood sugar may lead to headaches.
-Take ibuprofen for the pain.
-Drink liquids.
-Take a stool softer.
