Can Continued Usage Of HCG Injections Cause UTI?

I have been on HCG injections for 21 days and I am experiencing systems like a urinary tract infection but nothing showed up on that test. Had tenderness in abdomin having lower back pain in kidney area which has increased. The Doctor did put me on Bactrim yesterday. Just want to rule out any side effects from something else.

he has already started antibiotic to treat uti. in my opinion urine culture and sensitivity test followed by recomanded antibiotic would have been better. take more water and alkasol syrup 3times daily.
