Can coughing irritate/inflame an epididymal cyst? I was diagnosed by an urologist about a year ago with a cyst. The irritation comes back and goes away. He recommended not to operate because it is not large enough. But for the last 4 days, I developed a cough and it is bothering me. The cough is from a sinus infection and bronchial irritation. These symptoms include cough, runny nose, feeling like crap at the onset (first 2 days) and night chills/sweating. Or is the epididymitis flare up caused by something else (i.e. Gardening - using a shovel last week that could have caused the inflammation to come back) or simply non-related.
