Can Cut On Pimple Rubbed By Alum Block With Dry Blood Followed By On And Off Cold Suggest HIV Infection?

ast month i had a shaving at a barber. at the end he made a little cut on one of the pimple. he quicly took out an alum block applied little dettol over the block and rubbed on the cut. After he removed i saw there was some dry blood on its surface, surely not mine as my very less blood came out from mine. alum block was is used on one in ten customer interval and barber was idle when i entered shop. so i m sure it was not used atleast before an hour.
I was little worried.
then a week after i got severe cold and went off . later after a month now i am having cold again.
Sir/ Madame plz tell whether have i caught hiv?

Its practically impossible for HIV to survive in dried secretions/blood outside the body, so the risk in practically Zero.
