I have cyst in my spleen that is 5cm. The surgeon I spoke with said it should not cause me any pain. Unfortunately I have been in pain for months. This past week I have had pain on my left side. I am unable run or lift anything that causes me to strain. The other night I had the sharpest pain under my rib cage and it hurt everytime I would breath. Is it possible that a cyst so small is causing this pain?
