Hello dear I understand your concern Ovarian cyst could be due to poly cystic ovarian disease. It can cause hormonal imbalance and cause difficult conceiving. I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo reproductive hormone analysis, USG scan and ovarian follicle study for better management. Treatment will depend on the size and symptoms of the cyst. Cyst less than 4 cm size, could be resolves by the birth control pill and progesterone pill. If medicine will not responds then it should be removed by surgical process. FSH analogue can be help to become pregnant. So take proper advise of the gynecologist and you will become pregnant.
