Can Dehydration Cause Abnormal ECG Results?
Can dyhrdration cause abnormal ekg results I am in the er they said I am dyhrdration without during urine test, but circle the lines on my ekg and wrote st something but haven t mentioned my results with me I saw it when they bought me straight back my blood pressure been high from 168/106, 177/88

Dehydration can cause electrolytes imbalance which can effect the EKG but levels of potassium, and calcium may be done to confirm. Also, Norma variations may exist and may be noted hence so if no intervention was advised it might be just routine changes and may need be needing intervention.
