Can Delay In Periods Be A Sign Of Pregnancy?

hi, so i had unprotected sex on may 29, and i got my period on june 10, as expected, but then i had lots of nausea and cramping so i took a home pregnancy test and it came out negative, the nausea stopped and i have no other symptoms but i m a week late and i am freaking out, is it posible that i may be pregnant? or is it all in my head?

Hi dear the pain related with menstruation is called as dysmenorrohea or mesnstrual cramps.
I advise Tab Acetamenophan or Ibuprofen for cramps also hot water plates will be useful and give your self iron supplements. Second point is Negative home pregnancy test does not rule out pregnancy, I advise you to get it confirm through blood HCG levels and Ultrasonography tests. So please do the investigations.Be relax as anxiety can also delay the periods.
