Can Delayed Periods, Nausea And Breast Itching Indicate Pregnancy, Also Have PCOS?

So I have PCOS and as of two weeks I have been experiencing pregnancy symptoms. I have heaviness in my lower abdomen, nausea, breast itching. I took a pregnancy test on Monday the 19th and it was positive and then took another test this morning and it was negative. I just want to know what to do? I feel pregnant.

Pregnancy test can be false positive or negative. Kindly do one blood beta hCG test to know exact status about pregnancy with 100% accuracy & then decide accordingly.
