Can Dentures Be Used In Place Of Loose And Infected Teeth?

Hi I am 45 years old. I was in a very abusive relationship and due to this I lost about all of my back top teeth. I only have 6 teeth left on top. I have always prided myself on my teeth and i had a beautiful smile once. As i am getting older my remaining teeth are loose and hurt. I was wondering if MassHealth and Medicare would cover an upper full denture for me?

Hi,

Dentures can be given after removing loose and infected teeth. Implant supported dentures will best suit you.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sahibzadi Gondal, Dentist
