hi i just came to know dat my sugar leevels r not in controle. fasting 133 PP 180mgdl. after break fast it reachs upto 200mgdl. sam after lunch nd diner. yet i didnt took any medicne i start excersice nd dieting. my age is 39. so is their any medicne from mway which can cantrol sugar levels with out alopathic medcine.
