My family doctor says I have diabetes (I m 71 years old, 6 tall & weigh 342 lbs. I take 500 mg. of Metformin every morning. You are diabetic so your blood sugar will be high and which cause obstruction of microcapillaries in eyes, kidney and nerves. This result in blindness, renal diseases, and burning sensation in feet. So it is better to have low sugar and lipid diet, regular daily excercise and walk for 30 minutes. Maintain your sugar level normal by medcines. Get annual eye and kidney check up.
