42 Y.O., 5'2", 125 lb. Female - diagnosed with Hypothyroidism 4 years ago - finally have my meds at the right levels but losing weight is incredibly hard despite maintaining a HEALTHY 1100 calories/per day diet and 4-5 days per week of 60 min. advanced exercise sessions. Grateful for your guidance.
U should check your weight regularly. 10% loss of body weight in 6 month is considered abnormal.also check whether u r taking thyroid medicine in excess because thyroid medicine needs to be adjusted from time to time .
