Can Diagnosis Of E. Coli UTI Be Related To Neck Pain, High Pulse Rate And Headaches?
I am a 33 yr old female diagnosed with E. coli uti. I initially went to the ER for neck pain. My pulse was 120. They took blood and urine and sent me home with antibiotics for the uti. A few days later the doctor called and said to come back in- at that time I was given some different antibiotics and sent home. I am still having neck pain and have for two weeks. I have had headaches during this time and last week my eyes were twitching all day. That hasn't happened since. My neck hurts everyday- all day. I feel like my head is to heavy
HI. You must be under the correct treatment for UTI. Neck pain of 2 weeks duration can not be explained by UTI. With the attendant history of headache you need to get the diagnosis . Better to consult a Doctor for this. Continue treatment for UTI.
