I am 45 year old woman, approximately 210 lbs. I recently started taking supplements at the advise of my personal trainer. I m taking Vitamin D (4000), Super B Complex, L Caratin, Fish Oil capsules and a multivitamin for AM and PM. I also take Lisonipril 20mg for high bp. In addition, I m on the Weight Watchers program and workout 5 days a week. I started taking all the supplements about a week ago and today I notice I got dizzy, slightly lightheaded, while doing household chores. Could this be because of all the new supplements I m taking? Will it eventually go away as my body adjusts or should I cutback or remove some of the supplements I m taking? Thank you
