Hello,
I have studied your case. Different pain killers are not going to be a issue. As more of less all have same mechanism. After knee replacement you will not need any very strong pain killer.
You can discuss with your doctor about this issue . I am sure he will help you and offer you same pain killer which he thinks will be safe for you.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. let me know if there is any other followup questions. thanks for using healthcare magic.
